Most of Wirebeat can be used without creating an account. Where accounts are offered:

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction).

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Wirebeat. Prohibited behaviour includes:

  • Attempting to disrupt or overload our systems.
  • Scraping or harvesting data without permission.
  • Reverse-engineering, copying, or reselling our services.
  • Posting or transmitting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Content & intellectual property

Wirebeat displays links, headlines, and metadata from third-party publishers. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and are not responsible for it. All intellectual property rights in Wirebeat itself (design, code, branding, and features) remain with us.

Disclaimers

Wirebeat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor that results will be accurate or reliable. All implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wirebeat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior (whichever is greater).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. You may stop using Wirebeat at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
